Do not under any circumstance attempt to repair the laser yourself as you will void any warranty as soon as you remove any labels or open the unit. Removing the lens may create a Laser hazard and should only be done by a trained service technician.

Cemar Electro has a loaner available for critical situations; just contact our customer service department for details.

If your warranty has expired and your laser requires service, we will provide you with a free estimate within 2 days of reception and repair the unit upon approval.

RETURNING GOODS:

Should it be determined that you will have to return the unit for service you will be issued a return authorization (RMA) reference number to return the laser, this number must appear on the exterior of the box and on all related documents and communication.
